Melbourne, Day 2. (27 Feb 2012 - 9 March 2012)

Hi Guys! <3

Here's the the post to Day 1 if you are interested. ;) I editted it a little.

Day 2 of the trip started in the afternoon as Honey woke up late. Haha. So Aunty and I chat a little and rested at home while we waited for Honey to prepare and all. He was uploading photos to Facebook the whole night. I was already long asleep. It didn't dawn on us that waking up late was really inconvenient till a few days later. Melbourne is a very slow paced and relax city. Shops close at 5 pm daily and restaurants till dinner time is just over.

We took tram and headed to town. Took photos along the way as we head to Suzuki Night Market. It is a summer's night market that is held every Tuesday and it was the last day on the day we went.

Victoria State Library.

I remember the weather being very nice, windy and cooling but not too cold. So there are many people hanging out front of the State library. Friends chatting, couples making out and what not.

I don't know what this is suppose to mean. A library falling into the ground? Someone who knows about this structure please tell me. :)

Pretty pink tram.

This glass building is actually an indoor rock-climbing facility. Looks really cool and quite challenging. There are different difficulties and it's really tall.  A good 6, 7 storeys, I'd say.

This is the old public bathing house! I think it is a swimming pool now.

Really nice weather. :)

 Graffiti in the back alleys.

We are here! Suzuki Night Market inside Queen Victoria Market!

Lots of people gathering around to see a street performance.

 Absolutely funny guy!

He stripped around 10 bottoms and was left with this. I think.

The Suzuki Night Market!

Happy me, shopping away!

I LOVE THIS!
If I ever get a tattoo, I will definitely have it on my wrist!
Too pretty!

Some fried Greek cheese pastry. Yum Yum!

 Baked Greek beef pastry. Yummy!

Pretty lights! Regret not buying some! :( Would have gone really well with my newly painted room and new mesh curtains.

Wooden toy animals.
I laughed like mad when we were back at home and I saw this photo. Tell me this doesn't look like some roast pork or what! Haha!

Honey bought a "JO" name train for his brother. Very nice.

Homemade honey and jam.

Handmade cupcake soaps! Adorable! Even comes with cupcake boxes.

Walked in the cold cold night, under the street lights. To dinner!

Totally digging my "tattoo"!

Honey bought this handsome-looking Husky. :)

Wait for it...

Good glorious food!

The best risotto I've had! Mushroom and cream risotto!

 Marinara.

Beef Lasagne.

Meat lovers' pizza.

It was drizzling halfway through our dinner. So we quickly walked back to Suzuki Night Market after dinner to shop a little more. After that the rain got heavier and we had to cover ourselves in scarves, jackets and whatever we had and quickly ran to a tram stop for tram. Headed home and had some hot drinks.

And of course some of our loots. :)

Loving this still. ^^

I had the worse headache of my life that night. I am pretty sure it was because of the rain. I woke up in pain so many times in the night. Until I decided to take Panadol then it got better and I could at least sleep. But nonetheless, I had lots of fun!

Stay tuned for Day 3! :)

With Love,
Angela Giselle
